Original Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and condition whenever possible, securely packed for transit.

Condition Assessment: Returned items showing signs of wear, usage, missing pieces, or damage not caused by us may incur a partial deduction to reflect lost value.

Damaged / Incorrect Upon Arrival: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can dispatch a replacement or issue a 100% full refund at zero extra cost to you.

Request Authorization: By visiting our contact page fill in the form on the contact page with your order number and reason for return.

Package & Ship: Once authorized, securely pack your parcel and send it via door-to-door courier or drop it off at our designated Pudo locker.

Return Shipping: Return courier fees for voluntary returns (change of mind) are the customer's responsibility.
